Courses
These Terms and Conditions have been
compiled to assist our clients in getting
the most they can from attending courses
with ImEcoFarm.
Our terms and conditions may change over
time. The terms and conditions at time of
booking apply. Revised terms and conditions
apply to subsequent bookings.
Our Fees are subject to change without
notice and prices set in 2012 will not
necessarily transfer equally into the
following years. ImEcoFarm reserves the
right to alter or amend the content of the
courses.
These provisions (terms,
conditions, disclaimers and exclusions) shall be construed in accordance
with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. If any of these provisions are
deemed or found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable
then the provision or provisions so found shall be deemed severable and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining
provisions.
BOOKING PROCEDURE

• You can send an email to
info@imecofarm.com outlining the course you would like to
join.
• Finally, it is also possible to contact us via post and outline the
course you would like to join.
Full payment guarantees you a place on your chosen course becoming a
course participant.
Payment is possible online using our website facility, via post using
cheque or bank draft or via bank transfer (in which case we will provide
our bank details to you).
EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS
All tools are provided by ImEcoFarm. Please bring suitable wear and
sturdy shoes for workshops.
TRAVELLING TIMES TO ImEcoFarm
The following times are based on experience from our visitors and are no
guarantee.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
For cancellations made at least 6 weeks prior to the course date you
will be refunded the full amount (minus€10 for administration), there
will be no refunds for cancellations after that, but transferring to
another available course may be possible.
ImEcoFarm will contact all course participants should we need to cancel
it for any reason and alternative date will be issued. Course
participants have the right to take a refund or book onto a different
course date instead of participating on the new date.
ImEcoFarm can under no circumstances provide refunds or alternative
dates for missed classes.
COURSE TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate a student’s course if their behaviour
is aggressive, abusive or threatening. A warning will be provided
initially and should we experience repeated aggressive, abusive or
threatening behaviour then we shall terminate that participant’s course
and no course fees will be refunded.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We aim to provide you with the best possible services and to put you
first. If you are dissatisfied about anything, or if there is anything
you feel we should have done but failed to do, please tell us.
We will do our best to put right any mistakes we find, and we will
always tell you the result of our investigation.
DATA PROTECTION
We will register and retain the personal data you have given us, but
ImEcoFarm will never pass your personal data to third-parties.
We will occasionally contact you with offers, information and news. If
you do not wish to receive such information, please simply let us know,
i.e. email to info@imecofarm.com.
Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via email (scan voucher) or per post. Gift
Vouchers are valid for 12 months only from date of purchase.
Once a course is booked by redeeming a gift voucher, the terms &
conditions above apply to that booking.
